Due to the annual cycling event «Memorial of Utochkin» scheduled for April 13 in Odesa, transportation will be limited.

From 08:30 to 12:00, access to Marazliivska Street will be prohibited — specifically from the Dmytro Lesych Street alley to Troitska Street.

The restrictions do not apply to special vehicles or those participating in the race.
