In Odesa, a missile strike that occurred the day before caused damage to the home of Ukrainian synchronized swimming champion Vladyslava Kocherba.

This was reported by the Federation's press service.

The missile hit near a multi-storey building, resulting in destruction and a fire. Additionally, the athlete's parents were injured while they were at home during the incident.

The blast wave threw people against the wall. Thanks to the help of concerned neighbors, the parents were rescued from the rubble.
