In the lead-up to Easter, servicemen of the Naval Guard received special gifts — handmade postcards from children.

The State Border Guard Service shared photos of these warm greetings.

On the children's cards — drawings of bunnies, ships, angels, candles, peaceful skies, and surely — heartfelt messages written in careful handwriting: «Thank you for your protection!«, „«Pray for us, we are waiting for you!«, «Christ is Risen!», –  the naval guards added poignant words to the photos of children's greetings.

These postcards are the greatest reward. When you hold such a card in your hands, you feel it was worth it. We are loved, we are believed in, we are awaited, — shared the defenders who received greetings from the little ones.
