On April 10, 2025, teachers and students from Odessa participated in an online seminar titled «Easter Traditions in Art».

This event was part of the nationwide practical seminar «Cultural Heritage of Ukraine», focusing on the study of symbolism in Ukrainian culture.

The primary goal of the seminar was to familiarize participants with Easter celebration traditions and to teach them various techniques of decorative applied arts.

Participants had the opportunity to listen to presentations by folk masters who showcased traditional Ukrainian artistic techniques and to engage in workshops on egg decorating, Petrykivka painting, crochet, straw weaving, and embroidery.

At the end of the seminar, all participants received certificates.

Organizers: The Department of Education and Science of the Odessa City Council in collaboration with the public organization «Zaporizhzhia Cossacks».
