The number of casualties from the night attack on Odesa has risen to eight. As of this morning, four remain hospitalized, while others are receiving outpatient treatment.
This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper.
Investigation Launched
The Odesa regional prosecutor's office has initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes). The attack resulted in damage to residential buildings, private enterprises, medical facilities, shops, service stations, and at least 37 vehicles (both passenger and cargo). Law enforcement is currently documenting all the consequences of the shelling.
