According to the press service of the Odesa City Council, emergency situations are being addressed by specialists from the Municipal Enterprise "Miskzelentrest" and other municipal services. Drivers are urged not to leave their vehicles on stormwater drain grates, as this complicates the work of emergency vehicles. Residents are also asked to limit their movement around the city and avoid parking under trees and power lines.
