Google has unveiled a suite of new artificial intelligence features within its Workspace platform, targeting corporate clientele. One of the standout capabilities is the ability to create podcasts directly from documents stored in Google Docs.

This feature was initially introduced in NotebookLM in the fall of 2024 but was previously unavailable to users in Ukraine. Now, it will be accessible to Workspace users globally. With the help of AI, users will not only be able to listen to the text but also generate a podcast featuring two hosts discussing the document's content.

While Google has yet to disclose the languages supported, the feature is expected to roll out in the coming weeks.

Additionally, a feature called Help me refine is set to be introduced, acting as a personal AI editor that provides suggestions on how to enhance the written text. This functionality is planned for release within this quarter.

In Google Sheets, users will also gain access to a new feature called Help me analyze, which will allow Gemini to analyze data in spreadsheets, generate illustrative charts, and identify trends. This feature is anticipated to be available by the end of 2025.
