Assessment of water quality in 16 well stations in Odesa has confirmed that it meets established hygiene standards.

This information was released by the Odesa City Council.

The research was conducted by specialists from the State Institution "Odesa Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" under an agreement with the Communal Enterprise "Service Center." The testing is performed monthly.

According to microbiological analysis results as of March 31, 2025, the water in the wells complies with the sanitary requirements DSanPin 2.2.4-171-10. All research protocols are available for review at the well stations.

It is worth noting that approximately 45,000 residents of Odesa use water from the well stations daily. The depth of the wells ranges from 111 to 149 meters, and the average water consumption in one complex is 8-12 cubic meters per day.
