As of April 1, all existing bookings made under previous rules will be canceled. Companies that have already updated their critical status can continue to book their employees, while others must obtain a status according to the new requirements.

What has changed since April 1:

• Old bookings are invalidated
• Booking requests will be processed within 72 hours instead of one day
• Only companies with updated critical status will have access to bookings

If your company has a critical status under the old rules:

1. Update your critical status — instructions can be found here
2. After confirming your new critical status, book your employees

Please note that bookings are made exclusively in electronic format via the Diia portal. Company leaders do not need to prepare paper orders or documents.
