The online services of "Ukrzaliznytsia" are operating smoothly.

This was reported by the press service of "Ukrzaliznytsia".

"We transitioned to a new platform overnight, established security measures, and are actively enhancing our features", – the message states.

As noted by the company, the mobile app has restored access to travel planning with transfers.

Throughout the day, online displays with train schedules will be gradually restored.

"There are no queues at the ticket counters", – the company added.

On March 23, a massive cyberattack was carried out against "Ukrzaliznytsia", causing nearly all online services to malfunction.

On March 27, the online ticket sales system of "Ukrzaliznytsia" was restored in a backup format for purchasing new tickets and processing returns.
