On the evening of March 1, Odesa was struck by ballistic missiles. At 5:44 PM, an air alarm sounded in the city, and just three minutes later, an explosion occurred. This was reported by the regional military administration.

Currently, it is known that the attack damaged port infrastructure and a civilian vessel flying the flag of Panama, owned by a European company. Two men, port employees, sustained injuries.

«All relevant services are working to address the aftermath, and medical personnel are providing necessary assistance to the injured» - stated the head of the regional military administration, Oleg Kiper.
