Upgrades in Municipal Housing Services
At the request of residents, the specialists from the Municipal Enterprises «Housing and Communal Services» are regularly conducting essential repairs to the life-support systems of buildings, including partial roof repairs, drainage pipe replacements, and maintenance of heating systems, electrical installations, and stairwells.
Additionally, the company's janitors maintain order in the adjacent areas by performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping courtyards, emptying trash bins, and washing garbage containers.
The municipal workers also mow grass, trim trees, clear fallen leaves, and tend to flowerbeds and lawns surrounding the buildings they service. They participate in city-wide cleanup events and address the aftermath of emergency situations as needed.
Since the beginning of the year, the «JKS «Peresyp» has received 136 requests from residents. By the end of February, 129 requests were completed, leaving 7 in progress.
Repairs included drainage pipes (55), heating systems (31), cold water supply and sewage (22), electrical network restoration (18), and roof repairs (3).
The «JKS «Fontansky» received 195 requests, with 135 completed and 60 still in process.
The «JKS «Chornomorsky» received 917 requests, with repairs on sewage and cold water supply systems (241), electrical network restorations (131), and others completed.
The «JKS «Khmelnytsky» received 161 requests, out of which 152 were completed and 9 remain pending. Repairs included sewage pipes (32), heating systems (17), cold water supply and drainage (18), electrical network restoration (17), and roof repairs (19).
The «JKS «Porto-Frankivsk» received 144 requests, 98 of which were completed, leaving 46 outstanding. Repairs included sewage pipes (32), heating systems (29), cold water supply and drainage (33), electrical network restoration (14), and roof repairs (30).
The «JKS «Cheremushki» received 329 requests, 292 of which were completed, while 37 requests remain in process. 101 information requests were also processed. Repairs included sewage pipes (32), heating systems (38), cold water supply and drainage (57), electrical network restoration (10), roof repairs (19), tree trimming (8), and entrance repairs (10).
The «JKS «Vuzovsky» received 73 requests, with 45 completed and 28 pending. Repairs included heating systems (5), roof repairs (8), and other work.
