The enemy has ramped up attacks on peaceful Odesa, targeting civilian infrastructure. A night assault has damaged residential buildings and an important facility, injuring two individuals. 
In the Peresyp district, there is currently a power outage, but specialists are working to restore it. Heating, water supply, and sewage systems are functioning normally. 
An operational headquarters has been established at the attack site, where residents can seek information about compensation under the state program «eRecovery» and from the city budget. 
A heating point has also been set up, with the involvement of international organizations. 
Workers from the «Housing and Communal Services» are busy boarding up broken windows.
