Enhanced Rainwater Management in Odesa
The municipal enterprise «City Roads» in Odesa is actively maintaining the rainwater drainage systems in good condition.
Workers are clearing stormwater inlet grates from fallen leaves and debris that can obstruct the proper drainage of rainwater, ensuring effective water runoff from the city's streets.
Additionally, specialized equipment is being used to clean the drainage ditches.
Today's work was conducted on the following streets: Balkivska, Prymorska, Otaman Holovaty, Chornomorsky Kozak, Italian, Simi Hloden, Academician Korolev, Oleksiy Vadatursky, Mykhailo Hrushevsky, Zhytomyr and Nebesna Sotnia Avenue.
Moreover, the Kuyalnytska and Shchelakivska ditches were also cleaned.
In total, 46 units of special equipment and 328 workers from the enterprise are involved in these operations.
