On November 6, 2025, a conference was held at the consultative-diagnostic center of the City Clinical Hospital No. 10, focusing on the integration of new technologies and artificial intelligence in the medical field.

Doctors of general practice, therapists, cardiologists, and other specialists from various medical fields participated in the event.

This conference, organized by the Odesa Regional Family Medicine Association, represents a significant step in enhancing the qualifications of Odesa's healthcare professionals.

The General Director of Hospital No. 10, the Chief Cardiologist of the Health Department of the Odesa City Council, Denis Sebov, presented information about the National Health Screening Program set to commence in Ukraine on January 1, 2026.

Experts discussed the scope of screenings and the requirements for medical institutions participating in this initiative. A critical aspect will be the adherence to barrier-free principles.

Conference attendees also learned about the latest technologies already being implemented at Hospital No. 10. Notably, the capabilities of fundus cameras for tomographic and biomicroscopic visualization of the eye fundus were demonstrated, along with an AI program for initial screening of diabetic retinopathy.

Additionally, the opportunities for utilizing modern technologies at the primary level of medical care were discussed.
