The Deputy Mayor of Odesa, Hanna Pozdnyakova, and the director of the Municipal Heat Supply Company, Valeriy Ivanov, held a press conference regarding the company's readiness for the new heating season.

“As of today, all boilers under the company’s management are prepared for operation. According to the schedule, we have completed pressure testing of all boilers and eliminated identified damages, and conducted hydraulic pressure testing of all heat networks,” - shared Valeriy Ivanov.

“I would like to emphasize that the tariff for residential consumers remains at the level set on February 24, 2022, which is 1813 UAH/Gcal. As for the exact date of the boiler startup, we are not tied to a specific date. According to current legislation, the heating period begins after the relevant order from the Mayor of Odesa, if the average daily temperature remains at +8 degrees Celsius or lower for three days. Under these temperature conditions, the company will first provide heating to social facilities, followed by residential consumers. Based on the data from the Hydrometeorological Center, the heating season in Odesa is expected to start in November,” - noted Hanna Pozdnyakova.
