Maintaining Order in Residential Areas: Key Insights
The staff of the municipal enterprise «Housing and Communal Services «Peresyp» works daily to maintain cleanliness in the adjacent areas.
Twice a day, the company's cleaners perform cleaning tasks, including sweeping sidewalks, emptying trash bins, and washing garbage containers.
Additionally, the team handles grass cutting, tree trimming, and cares for flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings.
Specialists from the «Housing and Communal Services «Peresyp» also carry out repair works on essential systems in residential buildings upon residents' requests, including replacing and repairing heating and water supply pipes, sewage systems, and electrical supply.
Since the beginning of October, the workers have completed repairs on the cold water supply pipeline at 63a S. Yadov Street and the roofing repairs at 18 Odaria Street.
Together with colleagues from other municipal services, the staff of «Housing and Communal Services «Peresyp» participated in restoring the entrance of a building in the Peresyp district of Odessa that was damaged during an enemy attack.
