The government agency «PlayCity» has announced a tender for the establishment of a register for individuals restricted from participating in gambling activities. This was reported by the agency's press service via Telegram.
«Our aim is to develop a more modern system, safe and accessible for those who wish to protect themselves or their loved ones from gambling addiction», the message states. 

Key changes include:

• a personal account for submitting self-exclusion applications;
• integration with the Diia portal and online systems of gambling organizers;
• enhanced protection of personal data.

It is emphasized that this register is a crucial step in implementing responsible gaming and developing a safe gambling market in Ukraine.
The deadline for submitting proposals is October 26, 2025.
The expected budget is up to 1.7 million UAH.
As noted by the agency, the register is planned to be updated by December 15, 2025.
