Celebrating Alexey Agopyan: A Tribute to the Master of Odesa Humor
The «House of the Clown» theater in Odesa hosted the 65th anniversary of Alexey Agopyan, a celebrated master of Odesa humor.
Over his lifetime, he has portrayed numerous roles in theater and television, with his most famous being the pilot Drinkins in the show «Kalambur». His career spans over 45 years, enchanting audiences and colleagues alike.
During the «Anniversary Celebration of Alexey», students honored their mentor by performing a scene from a new play, adding a special touch to the event.
The celebration was filled with laughter, gifts, and warm wishes from around the globe. One of the celebrant's dreams even came true right on stage.
Alexey expressed his gratitude to Odesa, saying, «I am lucky to have been born in such an amazing and unique city.»
On the occasion of his anniversary, celebrated on October 9, he was awarded the Honorary Recognition by the Mayor of Odesa, «Gratitude», for his significant contribution to the development of theatrical art. The award was presented by Ivan Liptuga and Elena Pavlova.
«You are a true brand of Odesa. Wishing you health and new creative achievements!» said Ivan Liptuga.
