On September 27, 2025, from 09:30 to 23:00, scheduled maintenance will take place to update the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV). This is reported by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.

During this period, the operation of the Register will be temporarily halted, and related services will be unavailable, including:

• digital veteran certificates in the applications «Diia» and «Veteran Pro»;
• online and offline services related to the USRWV;
• veteran status verification in the offices of authorized persons;
• automated status checks for benefits and payments.

The Ministry assures that all personal user data remains protected. After the completion of the work, the Register and related services will resume normal operations.

The Unified State Register of War Veterans is an official database containing information about individuals with veteran status, combatants, and those affected by the war. The Register provides automated status verification for the provision of benefits, social services, and government support. It is integrated with a number of digital services that simplify access to rights and guarantees for veterans.

The Ministry of Veterans Affairs urges everyone to consider these temporary limitations and inform veterans and the public about possible inconveniences.
