Ukrzaliznytsia has announced the launch of a new route to Odesa in August, adding an extra train No. 265/266 Kyiv-Odesa. This train will operate from August 20 to 31, excluding weekends, creating new opportunities for travelers between the capital and the seaside.

According to Ukrzaliznytsia, the train will depart from Kyiv on August 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31 at 8:40 AM and will arrive in Odesa at 6:08 PM. The travel time will be 9 hours and 28 minutes, which is standard for this route.

From Odesa, the train will leave on the same days at 11:27 AM, reaching Kyiv at 8:20 PM. The schedule is designed for passengers to conveniently plan their trips for both weekdays and weekends.

"We are opening new travel options to Odesa! We are launching an additional train No. 265/266," stated Ukrzaliznytsia.

The train will consist of compartment cars with seating, providing a comfortable travel experience. This format is ideal for passengers who prefer daytime trips without the need for sleeping accommodations.

Tickets can be purchased through the Ukrzaliznytsia app, on the official website, or at train station ticket offices. It is recommended to book tickets in advance due to the traditionally high demand for travel to Odesa in the summer.
