Maintenance of Public Transport Stops in Odesa
The Community Enterprise «City Roads» is responsible for 1012 public transport stops.
Specialists regularly conduct sanitary cleaning, repair bins, benches, and pavilions, as well as wash and paint them.
Since the beginning of the year, glass walls of stops have been replaced (about 163 sq.m). Roofs of 17 stops and benches of 37 were also repaired. Repairs of 91 trash bins and painting of 99 stops and 512 bins were also part of the completed works.
Unfortunately, the problem of vandalism at the stops remains serious. Daily, unknown individuals damage benches, bins, and glass walls of stops. Additionally, stops are affected by traffic accidents.
The Odesa City Hall appeals to all residents and visitors to treat community property with care. Intentional damage to municipal property is punishable by law.

Article 194. Intentional Destruction or Damage to Property
1. Intentional destruction or damage to someone else's property causing significant harm is punishable by a fine of up to fifty non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, or community service from 120 to 240 hours, or correctional labor for up to two years, or restriction of liberty for up to three years, or imprisonment for the same term.
Article 296. Hooliganism
1. Hooliganism, which is a gross violation of public order with apparent disrespect for society, is punishable by a fine from 500 to 1000 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, or arrest for up to six months, or restriction of liberty for up to five years.
2. The same actions committed by a group of individuals are punishable by restriction of liberty for up to five years or imprisonment for up to four years.
