Removal of Equipment Hindering Road Traffic in Odessa
Employees of the municipal enterprise «City Roads» are continuing the removal of special equipment that hampers the operational characteristics of the street and road network, following directives from district administrations.
In the first eleven months of 2024, 344 illegally installed uni-parking devices and other special equipment (bollards, chains, barriers, semi-spheres, blocks, speed bumps, etc.) were dismantled in Odessa.
The dismantling of special equipment that deteriorates the operational characteristics of the street and road network and restricts the free movement of pedestrians and vehicles is carried out by specialists from the municipal enterprise «City Roads» in accordance with directives from the district administrations of the Odessa City Council.

The Executive Committee of the Odessa City Council has tasked the municipal enterprise «City Roads» with removing unlawfully installed: uni-parking devices, concrete blocks, barriers, stationary equipment, speed restriction devices (speed bumps), and other urban furniture elements that adversely affect the operational characteristics of public amenities.
