During a meeting led by President Volodymyr Zelensky, key issues regarding national security, domestic weapon production, and international cooperation were addressed.

The President shared updates via Telegram. 

«Today, we discussed crucial aspects of our defense policy: enhancing local weapon production, collaboration with allies, and supplies for the Ukrainian military. We are conducting a thorough analysis of contract execution and investment projects», - stated Zelensky.

He emphasized that participants outlined specific steps to be taken in the near future, along with key metrics for evaluating the management of the defense sector by the end of the year.

«We need to increase the production of Ukrainian weapons», - the President stressed.

Also present were Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
