New Service in Reserve+: Online Fine Payment

12 July 2025

A new service has been introduced in the "Reserve+" application — online payment of fines.

According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, military personnel can now pay fines for untimely data clarification online until July 16, 2024, with a 50% discount.

Paying the fine will allow for the prompt closure of the administrative violation case and remove the red tape from the document in the app.

"In the initial version, only fines for late data clarification will be available for payment. In the future, payment for other military registration violations will be added. Fines must be paid within 20 days of receiving the decision. Failure to do so will result in the full amount being due — 17,000 UAH. If payment is not made within 40 days, the fine doubles, and the case is referred to the enforcement service," the ministry stated.

To pay the fine online, you need to:

  • update "Reserve+" to the latest version and log into the app;
  • go to the "Online Fines" section, submit a statement recognizing the violation, and receive the decision from the TCC within three days;
  • after that, the option to pay the fine of 8,500 UAH — 50% of the total amount — will be available, resulting in the removal of the violation and red tape.

"Online fines are a service for resolving issues that previously required a personal visit to the TCC or police intervention. In "Reserve+", we offer a simple, transparent, and humane alternative, as already works for other administrative fines in Ukraine. This is another example of how digital services operate in the interests of Ukrainians," explained Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization, Kateryna Chernogorenko.

The ministry noted that fines are being launched gradually to evenly distribute the workload, and the full service will be rolled out over the next few days.

As a reminder, in April 2025, the "Reserve+" app introduced the ability to receive notifications about the status of military personnel. You can now download extended data from the "Oberih" registry and understand what information is available about you. For example, your workplace or any existing violations. The app has also introduced categories for requests to correct data, allowing you to update your workplace information to speed up the booking process.
