In 2024, the communal enterprise «Porto-Frankivsk Housing and Communal Services» implemented projects to upgrade structural elements and engineering networks in its buildings.

According to residents' requests, specialists from «Porto-Frankivsk Housing and Communal Services» carried out the following works: roof repairs – 3682 sq.m; drainage system repairs – 731 linear meters; restoration of roadways – 1296.7 sq.m; asphalt restoration in yards – 101.13 sq.m; entrance repairs – 1695 sq.m; central heating system repairs – 1023 linear meters; cold water supply repairs – 1361 linear meters; electrical network repairs – 1769 linear meters; window glazing – 131 sq.m; archway repairs – 1 building.

Additionally, the company's janitors maintain cleanliness in the adjacent territories every day. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing waste containers, etc.).

The communal services also perform grass cutting, tree trimming, leaf collection, and maintain flowerbeds and lawns around the buildings they service. When necessary, they participate in citywide community clean-up events, eliminating illegal dumping sites and the aftermath of hostile attacks.
