Upgraded Services from Housing and Communal Services in 2024
In 2024, the Housing and Communal Services enterprise «Chornomorskyi» carried out significant repair works at the facilities under its management.
A total of 778 resident requests were processed.
In response to residents' requests, specialists performed the following works: roof repairs covering 510 sq.m; replacement and repair of drainage and sewage pipes spanning 365 linear meters; electrical installation works (replacement of electrical cables) – 610 linear meters; replacement of sewer outlets – 108 linear meters; repairs of stairwells in 8 buildings – 1230 sq.m; repairs of pavement in 9 buildings – 94 sq.m; installation of mailboxes in 4 buildings.
Additionally, in preparation for the heating season, current repairs of central heating systems were conducted in 167 residential buildings – 340 linear meters, with 83 valves replaced.
Furthermore, the enterprise's janitors maintain order in the adjoining territories daily. Cleaning is performed twice a day (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, collecting litter, washing trash bins, etc.).
The communal workers also mow grass, trim trees, collect fallen leaves, and care for flowerbeds and lawns around the serviced buildings. They participate in citywide cleanup days when necessary, eliminating unauthorized dump sites and the aftermath of enemy attacks.
