Innovative Rehabilitation Methods in Odesa
In 2024, over 300 patients underwent inpatient rehabilitation at the City Clinical Hospital No. 1 in Odesa, while around 500 individuals received outpatient rehabilitative care.
Last year, funding from the city budget was allocated for the purchase of advanced rehabilitation equipment for the hospital. Notably, the facility acquired state-of-the-art virtual rehabilitation systems with mechanical support for the rehabilitation of upper and lower limbs, equipped with various modules for comprehensive recovery of bodily functions.
The hospital also purchased a vibration platform trainer and a computer-based electromyographic complex.
Renovations are underway in one of the hospital's buildings to create a modern rehabilitation department, which will integrate the Mental Health Center into its operations.
