Unity Celebration: A Patriotic Event for Youth
In honor of Unity Day of Ukraine, a patriotic event was organized by the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council. Members of the High School Parliament and representatives of the «Veteran Hub Service Office» participated in the event.
The gathering was held under the banner of unity and continuity of generations, aiming to enhance the national consciousness of young citizens of Odesa.
Participants formed a «circle of unity» and sang the National Anthem of Ukraine, emphasizing the inviolability of borders and the spirit of the nation.
During the activity «Common Map of Ukraine», youth and veterans visualized the integrity of the country's regions.
In the panel discussion «What Unites Us?», participants discussed the importance of civic responsibility and the role of every citizen in strengthening statehood.
A key part of the event was an open dialogue between representatives of the veteran community and the city's youth, where the «question-answer» format allowed for experience exchange and discussion of shared values.
At the end of the meeting, members of the High School Parliament presented participants with symbolic amulets as a sign of unity and mutual support.
Unity is not just a common territory, but also a shared responsibility for Ukraine's future.
