Celebrating Epiphany in the Odesa region. This day brought us bright winter weather and a distinctive atmosphere for those who wished to participate in the immersion rituals.
Rescue workers and divers from the State Emergency Service are stationed in areas where crowds gather by the sea. We remind the residents of our city about the importance of safety measures and are always ready to assist.
