To implement innovative digital technologies in healthcare, the Odesa City Council has signed a cooperation agreement with the leading medical information system in Ukraine, Helsi.

This agreement aims to enhance medical services for patients and doctors, including the integration of modern digital solutions to improve communication between healthcare facilities and patients. This will allow for rapid access to analytical reports in a user-friendly format, reducing manual reporting and creating conditions for informed management decisions in healthcare.

Another crucial aspect of the collaboration is the establishment of a convenient digital service for veterans. The partnership with Helsi will provide veterans with easy access to medical assistance, including online appointments, clear step-by-step processes, and organized support within the connected medical facilities. This minimizes bureaucracy and maximizes efficiency.

Additionally, as part of the agreement, there are plans to increase public awareness of the National program "Screening 40+" and create accessible conditions for its use through push notifications and online booking at patient-friendly medical institutions.

"Digitalization and accessibility are key components of the modern healthcare system in Odesa. This partnership is about practical changes: shorter waiting times, greater accessibility, transparent processes, and modern services for the people," emphasized Olena Kolodenko, the Director of the Odesa City Health Department.
