Current Illness Trends in Odesa: Weekly Summary
According to the Odesa Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the incidence of ARVI and flu in Odesa is at seasonal levels and 16.6% below the epidemic threshold.
Last week, 3023 residents of Odesa reported cases of ARVI and flu, with 71.4% of those being children under the age of 17.
In the past week, there were 20 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Odesa, 15 of which were children. Free vaccination points against COVID-19 continue to operate in Primary Health Care Centers.
For acute intestinal infections, 49 residents fell ill last week, with 53.1% being children.
Cases of viral hepatitis and air-borne infections were reported sporadically. No cases of diphtheria, measles, rubella, or tetanus were recorded during the week.
The epidemiological situation in Odesa remains stable and under control.
