There are 17 wells in Odesa that provide residents with clean water sourced from depths between 80 and 120 meters. All of them are managed by the Municipal Enterprise «Service Center», ensuring free access to water for everyone.

Every day, the staff of the Service Center begins their shift by preparing the wells for water distribution, maintaining the order in the surrounding areas.

Among the responsibilities of the municipal workers are:

• disinfecting the water dispensing taps;
• cleaning the areas where water is provided;
• clearing the adjacent territory;
• regularly cleaning the roofs of the well facilities from debris and fallen leaves.

According to an agreement with the State Institution «Odesa Regional Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine», the quality of water in the wells is tested once a month.
