Experts from the municipal enterprise «Odesmisksvitlo» have completed work on upgrading the street lighting network on Baltimore Street (Posmitnogo) in Odesa.

The electricians replaced a damaged pole that had begun to deteriorate at its base.

Specialists carried out the dismantling of the old pole and the installation of a new reinforced concrete pole. A new lamp and cable were also connected.

Since the beginning of the year, «Odesmisksvitlo» has replaced 34 faulty poles.

Replacing poles is a labor-intensive process, involving specialized equipment (cranes).

The specialists of «Odesmisksvitlo» regularly perform maintenance on the street lighting of avenues, parks, and squares in the city, as well as addressing emergency situations. 
Routine inspections are continuously conducted on street lighting fixtures (poles, distribution cabinets, lamps, etc.) to identify malfunctioning or damaged components, as well as vandalism instances. 
The electricians engage in tasks such as cable network upgrades, replacing outdated lights and brackets with new ones, trimming tree branches, resolving emergency situations, and more.
