Innovative Insights at PolyTECH Summit 2025
On October 18, 2025, UNIT.City hosted the PolyTECH Summit — a landmark event in the educational program that gathered more than 1200 students from technical and polytechnic institutions across Ukraine.
According to UNIT.City, this initiative, implemented with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, marked a significant breakthrough in collaboration between education, business, and government.
From September 15 to October 17, 1200 students participated in an intensive educational course called PolyTECH EDU, culminating in a grand summit in the capital on October 18.
The event was opened by Mykhailo Fedorov, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and Oksen Lisovyi, Minister of Education and Science, who emphasized the strategic importance of developing the tech ecosystem for the future of the country and its integration into the European innovation space.
"The summit's comprehensive program brought together representatives from leading tech companies, educational institutions, and government agencies. Participants had the opportunity to hear about corporate education experiences from financial institutions, learn about engineering educational programs from tech giants, discuss the responsible implementation of artificial intelligence in higher education, and engage in discussions on modern leadership," — stated UNIT.City.
A highlight of the event was a panel discussion between university representatives and tech companies, showcasing different approaches to preparing future professionals and illustrating how education and business can effectively collaborate.
Participants had the chance not only to listen to expert talks but also to engage in interactive sessions, workshops, and networking events. Special emphasis was placed on the practical application of knowledge and building professional connections with industry representatives.
"We are amazed by the level of engagement and activity from participants at the PolyTECH Summit. This energy, genuine interest in technology, and desire to grow inspire us to continue moving forward," — shared Pavlo Mykhailyuk, Director of Development at UNIT.City.
He believes such projects are critically important for nurturing the tech ecosystem and shaping a new generation of leaders. "We confidently state: we will definitely return next year with an even more ambitious program, which will open up more opportunities for talented Ukrainian youth," — concluded Mykhailyuk.
The program was supported by leading companies, with title partners including OMD | Optimum Media, Credit Agricole Bank, Ajax Systems, and technology partner Lenovo, while Bolt served as a friendly partner. These companies contributed to the development of educational content, provided mentoring support, and created real job opportunities for top participants.
