Inclusive Beach: A Hub for Friendship and Support
Inclusive Beach No. 11 in Odessa has long ceased to be just a recreation spot; it has transformed into a genuine hub for unity, support, and new friendships.
In early September, around a hundred veterans and their families gathered to spend a day by the sea, engage in conversations, share laughter, and simply enjoy each other's company.
The sea breeze, music from a military band, the aroma of barbecued food, and heartfelt conversations created an atmosphere where everyone felt at home.
“There were friends, comrades, and families united by shared values,” noted Odessa's Deputy Mayor Serhiy Kotsyuba.
It’s worth mentioning that the municipal inclusive beach No. 11 opened on July 1, 2025. Since then, it has been a place where thousands of residents and visitors from all corners of Ukraine have found wellness.
The event was organized with the support of the Primorsky district administration in collaboration with the NGO “Barrier-Free”.
