Moldovan Culture Festival in Odessa
Odessa — a city renowned for its multicultural atmosphere and diverse traditions.
The Moldovan community plays a significant role in this diversity, preserving their unique songs, dances, and customs.
On August 16, 2025, the City Garden hosted a Moldovan culture festival that radiated warmth and friendship.
Residents and visitors enjoyed performances by the brass band and soloists from the Municipal Theater, as well as ensembles like «Barvinok» and «Tineretza».
Children participated in workshops and were invited to explore themed photo zones, creating lasting memories.
Guests also had the chance to discover traditional Moldovan outfits and ornaments.
This remarkable event was organized by the Department of International Cooperation, Culture, and Marketing of the Odessa City Council, in collaboration with the Municipal Theater, supported by the All-Ukrainian Moldovan National-Cultural Association, which promotes the history, culture, and traditions of Moldovans in Ukraine.
