In Odessa, Constitution Day of Ukraine was marked with a ceremonial flower laying.

This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Odessa region.

Officials from the city and regional authorities, leaders of emergency services, and representatives of the clergy gathered for the event.
