The incident has been classified as a violation of dog ownership rules and petty hooliganism.

Today, May 12, during a social media monitoring, police discovered a video showing a conflict between two women. One woman accused the other of allowing her dog to relieve itself near the memorial site for fallen defenders of Ukraine, while responding to remarks with obscene gestures.

After recording the details, the police conducted an investigation and established that the incident occurred this morning, and the dog's owner is a 41-year-old local resident.

Law enforcement identified the offender's location and issued two protocols against her under part 1 of Article 154 (violation of dog ownership rules) and Article 173 (petty hooliganism) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. The woman faces fines or imprisonment.
