The complainant reported that an unknown man was trying to access an apartment on the fourth floor through the balcony.

Upon arrival, the officers found the unidentified individual clinging to the balcony on the 4th floor.
The police called for firefighters, who used a ladder to bring him down safely.

During a preliminary search, the man was found to be in possession of knives. He was unable to explain his actions.

Additionally, the police discovered that this individual had a prior record for Article 185 (Theft) and Article 187 (Robbery) of the Criminal Code.
To clarify the details of the incident and provide legal classification of the detainee's actions, he was taken to the police station.
