The incident took place in the Peresyp district of Odesa. A local resident reported it to the police today.
In less than an hour, officers from the police department No. 3 of the Odesa district police department No. 1 identified the mother – a 37-year-old woman. She has two minor children but lost her parental rights a few years ago. Currently, she is being examined by doctors.
The body has been sent for forensic examination as part of a criminal case initiated under the signs of part 2, item 2 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine marked 'natural death'.
The investigation is ongoing. All circumstances of the event are being established.
