A report concerning an incident that occurred on November 15 around 10 PM on Olhiivska Street in Odesa was received from witnesses.
Police officers were dispatched to the scene.  Measures are being taken to identify those involved in the incident. 
It is reminded that during the martial law period, there is a prohibition on the sale and use of fireworks, firecrackers, and any other pyrotechnic devices. Those responsible for such actions may face both administrative and criminal liabilities.
