On October 31, a tragic car accident took place in the Saf’yanyvka community of the Izmail district.
According to Dmitry Slyuta, head of the transport crime investigation department, it has been preliminarily established that a 38-year-old driver of a «Volkswagen» failed to choose a safe speed, veered off the road, and crashed into a tree. The car overturned, leading to the driver's death on the spot.
An investigative team is currently working at the scene to determine all the circumstances of the accident. The matter of entering information into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations is being resolved.
