It has been preliminarily established that a woman from a neighboring region visited a friend living on the third floor of a five-story building with her three young children. While the mother was distracted with household chores, the youngest child climbed onto the windowsill and fell out of the window.
All circumstances of the incident are being investigated, and legal qualification is being determined.
