A man is facing a monetary fine. The police received a complaint from residents of several houses in the Khadzhybei district reporting that their 35-year-old neighbor was walking an American Staffordshire Terrier, classified as a dangerous breed, thereby endangering people. The police located the dog's owner, clarified all circumstances, and conducted an explanatory conversation with him.

A protocol was drawn up against the man for walking a dog without a leash and muzzle in public places (part 1 of article 154 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). According to current legislation, the offender faces a fine. Administrative materials will be submitted to the court for consideration and decision. No further complaints regarding this man have been received by the police department.

The police once again remind owners of dangerous dog breeds: a muzzle and leash are mandatory. This is not a whim, but a legal requirement.
