At the Moldovan border, illegal cosmetology medical supplies were found in the «Odessa – Chisinau» bus.

Customs officials at the «Tudora» checkpoint discovered injection medications and medical instruments in a passenger's personal luggage that he attempted to bring into Moldova without declaration. The man hid them among his personal belongings.

This was reported by the Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova.

The violations were detected during a thorough inspection of the bus operating on the Odessa – Chisinau route. After analyzing the passengers' luggage with a mobile X-ray scanner, inspectors suspected something unusual in one of the bags and decided to conduct a deeper examination.

As a result of the inspection, prepared injection medications, medical instruments, and other consumables were found in the luggage of a 51-year-old man who is not a resident of the country. All items were intentionally concealed for illegal importation.

The photo shows a large quantity of injection medications, medical instruments, and disposable sterile materials, some of which appear to be professional medical equipment used in cosmetology, dentistry, or minor surgery. All of this was likely intended for illegal importation and probable use without a license.

The discovered items have been confiscated and are subject to seizure. The violator faces administrative penalties under current legislation.
