On the evening of May 30, an accident occurred on the road connecting Odesa and Chornomorsk, near the village of Sukhy Lyman.

Preliminary information indicates that the driver of a «Porsche» crossed into oncoming traffic, resulting in a collision with a «Nissan» and a motorcycle traveling in the opposite direction.

The accident resulted in injuries to a 48-year-old motorcycle rider, who was taken to a medical facility by ambulance.

Officers from the patrol police response group and the investigative team from Police Department No. 1 of the Odesa District Police Department No. 2 worked at the scene.

Investigators have registered the case in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, concerning violations of road safety rules leading to moderate bodily harm.

In the course of the investigation, police have appointed a series of forensic examinations.

All circumstances of the incident are being established. The investigation is ongoing.
