Creative Success: Achievements of Educators in Odesa
In October 2024, the International competition for creative projects and educational developments titled «Creative Success» was held by the INTERNATIONAL INNOVATIVE CENTER «PERRSPEKTIVA PLUS».
Teachers and students from the Peresyp district of Odesa participated in the event, securing first place in the following categories:
- «Best Presentation» on the topic «Physical Education in Preschool Institutions During Distance Learning Using ICT» - Odesa Preschool Education Institution «Kindergarten» No. 295;
- «Best Presentation» on the topic «Continuity of the New Ukrainian School and Preschool Education. Interaction. Innovation», «Patriotic Education» - Odesa Preschool Education Institution «Kindergarten» No. 232;
- «Song Marathon» in the age category «Preschoolers», in the nomination «Pop and Jazz Singing» - Odesa Preschool Education Institution «Kindergarten» No. 121 of combined type.
The aim of the competition was to create conditions that foster the intellectual and creative potential of educators, involve them in research and project activities, and promote the enhancement of professional qualifications.
Additionally, in October, Odesa Preschool Education Institution «Kindergarten» No. 45 received a grant for the development of robotics and STEM education in Ukraine - First LegoLeague. A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed, intended for five years.
In October, the institution's educators underwent training in Kyiv and received trainer certificates for implementing First LegoLeague programs in educational establishments.
This project will provide extensive opportunities for the development of children's creative abilities. Kids will learn to understand spatial relations, distinguish shapes, analyze, compare, and generalize.
