International Workshop on Internet Safety for Educators
In celebration of Safer Internet Day, an international workshop titled “Education in the Spotlight of Modern Trends, Challenges, and Technologies” was held for educational leaders in Odessa.
This event was conducted as part of a collaboration agreement between the Executive Committee of the Odessa City Council and the State University of Intelligent Technologies and Communications.
During the workshop, several important topics were addressed:
- creating safe learning environments through digital technologies;
- collaboration with stakeholders as a key to successful educational reforms;
- computer engineering and information systems, safe internet usage;
- analyzing search traffic from Jooble, artificial intelligence in education: opportunities and challenges;
- cyberpsychology: challenges for the education sector.
At the end of the workshop, participants received certificates.

Safer Internet Day was celebrated on February 11th this year. The main goal of Safer Internet Day is to promote knowledge among children and youth regarding the safe and responsible use of digital technologies.
