Successful Privatization Auctions: 12 Held in a Week

Over the past week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine conducted 12 privatization auctions that brought in 120.49 million UAH to the state budget. The majority of this revenue came from the sale of three assets located in southern Ukraine.

"The team at the State Property Fund successfully carried out 12 auctions in the Prozorro.Sale system. The total amount of winning bids reached 120.49 million UAH," the official statement said.

"The competitive nature of the auctions led to a price increase of 2.32 times on average. A total of 33 participants competed in the auctions, averaging 2.75 bidders per lot," reported the SPFU.

The most expensive asset sold last week was the Children's Health Center "Young Ship Repairman" in Odessa, where the starting price of 14.2 million UAH rose to 70 million UAH.

Another asset that attracted investors was the EPK of the State Enterprise "Odessa State Design Bureau of Cinema Equipment", selling for a final price of 33.5 million UAH.

The price for the EPK of the State Enterprise "Southern Research and Design Institute for the Development of the Fishing Fleet" in Mykolaiv increased from 379.9 thousand UAH to 8 million UAH.

In the coming week, the SPFU plans to hold 20 online privatization auctions, including a state share package of 26% in the Public Joint Stock Company "Naftokhimik Prykarpattia".

It is worth noting that currently, the portfolio of small privatization objects in Ukraine consists of 1,240 assets, while the large privatization portfolio includes 19 assets.
At the end of the first year of online auctions for large privatization in the Prozorro.Sale system, the state received 8.9 billion UAH.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine also reported that the results of small privatization auctions on Prozorro.Sale over seven years exceeded 21.8 billion UAH.
Additionally, the Fund stated that over 6 billion UAH was transferred to the state budget from its activities.
During the first half of 2025, the state budget received 820.5 million UAH from privatization and 156.59 million UAH in VAT, totaling over 977 million UAH in economic effect.
